This 7th annual edition, which rewards the coveted culinary talents of Latin America, will take place on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at the Usina del Arte cultural center in Buenos Aires.
Previously held in Colombia, Mexico and Peru, this is the first time Argentina has hosted the event, thanks to the support of the Buenos Aires City Tourist Office and the Argentine Tourism Secretariat.
Chefs, restaurateurs, journalists and food lovers from all over the world will spend three days in the Argentine capital to celebrate all the flavours and cuisine of Latin America.
Participants will be invited to special events such as a welcome dinner, a series of leadership and reflection debates #50BestTalks at the Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires, or the annual Chefs’ Day on October 9.
These three days will end with a prestigious awards gala ceremony. Other prizes and awards include the Sustainable Restaurant Award, the Chefs’ Choice Award, and the Latin America’s Best Pastry Chef Award.
