Six Senses London has opened its doors within Whiteley, the former Whiteley’s department store on Queensway in Bayswater. It embodies the brand’s vision of reconnecting people with themselves, with others, and with the world around them, in one of the many burgeoning urban sanctuaries.
The first Six Senses in the UK combines its signature intuitive hospitality, wellness expertise, and sustainability with British craftsmanship to introduce a different rhythm to the city.
Located steps from the tranquility of Hyde Park and the vibrant colors of Notting Hill, Six Senses London comprises 109 rooms and suites, many with private terraces, as well as 14 signature residences.
Glass rain showers, expansive windows, deep blues, and warm woods blend seamlessly with bold lines and Art Deco curves.
Crowning the hotel, the Whiteley Suite, with its distinctive 125-square-meter rooftop terrace, offers the option of creating a private floor.
Six Senses London joins IHG’s premier luxury and lifestyle portfolio.
Since acquiring the Six Senses brand in 2019, IHG has carefully sought new opportunities to expand the brand’s presence worldwide.
This follows the openings of Six Senses Rome and Six Senses Kyoto, and further openings are planned in the coming years.
