Sofitel opens its first hotel in Turkey

The first Sofitel brand hotel in Turkey, the Sofitel Istanbul Taksim has just opened its doors. The hotel officially started its activities at the beginning of November in Taksim Square, the heart of modern Istanbul: residents and visitors alike gather there to shop, dine or simply enjoy the city’s atmosphere. The establishment, designed in collaboration with the Turkish Tuna Group, is a high-end setting, combining Sofitel’s contemporary French elegance with Istanbul’s cosmopolitan style.

Sofitel Istanbul Taksim has 202 rooms with elegant interiors, including 33 suites. Each suite has Hermès toiletries, while the rooms are equipped with Atelier Cologne products, to the delight of guests.

The rooms offer a breathtaking view of Taksim Square or the Bosporus Strait, one of the most strategic waterways in the world and a popular landmark in Istanbul.

Club members and suite guests have exclusive access to the establishment’s Vintage Club, which offers specific services such as private registration, personal service, tea and snacks in the afternoon…

The hotel is designed to accommodate all kinds of business or private events, thanks to its two reception rooms and three fully equipped meeting rooms.
