Virgin Atlantic A350-1000 to take off soon


Virgin Atlantic unveiled its all-new Airbus A350-1000 at the beginning of April to unveil its treasures in design and comfort.

The device, named Red Velvet, will be officially installed between London Heathrow and New York JFK by the end of the summer. 3 additional aircraft will complete the fleet by the end of the year. In total, Virgin Atlantic has ordered 12 Airbus A350-1000 aircraft to be deployed by 2021. With this investment, the company is continuing its commitment to reduce its carbon footprint with a Rolls-Royce Trent XWB engine.

The new 100% made in Virgin Atlantic: The Loft

The company offers in Upper-Class the largest space of conviviality on board an aircraft. Entirely designed for relaxation, the Loft allows you to gather around a drink, dinner or simply to relax. Passengers will be able to connect Bluetooth headsets to the 81cm screen and enjoy the 3000 hours of entertainment offered by Virgin Atlantic. The company is attentive to the smallest details by equipping the 8 seats with safety belts so that nothing, not even turbulence, can happen.to interrupt the tranquility of the Loft.

The Upper-Class upgraded

Virgin has redesigned the layout of its Upper-Class in collaboration with its most frequent passengers. To guarantee total privacy for everyone, the A350-1000 offers seats that are all oriented towards the porthole with a removable partition for optimal isolation.
